About our products: Each card is 5 x 7 inches and comes with a matching envelope and is then sealed in a clear plastic sleeve. The art prints are sealed in a plastic sleeve with a foamcore backing for stability. Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States. The maximum print size we currently ship is the 11x14 size print.

Payment choices and conditions:

• Money order made out in Canadian Funds
• Business cheque - the cheque must clear prior to order being shipped. If a cheque is NSF, you will be charged a $25.00 fee and the order will be cancelled.

Minimum Order:

Retail (personal purchase): No minimum required for retail. Cards are $4.75 each and does not include shipping and handling fees. For full pricing, please click here.

Wholesale (business purchase): Minimum order is $100.00 and does not include shipping and handling fees. Please contact us directly for wholesale pricing.

Pricing: (tax, handling fee & shipping not included)

Tax: British Columbia Residents/businesses will be charged 7% provincial sales tax on any order.

Shipping: Items are shipped by Canada Post. Shipping costs are dependent upon the size and weight of purchase. Once the order form has been submitted electronically, we will send you an email to inform you of the shipping costs. Items generally will ship with in 3-5 business days upon receipt and clearing of payment. Buyer will be notified by email when item(s) are shipped.

Shipping and Handling fee: Fees cover all associated cost of preparing order for shipping such as but not limited to material, postage, and fees.

Delivery Service is available for local businesses in Kelowna and if you meet the following criteria. There is a flat fee of $15.00 for delivery.

• Your order is over $150.00 dollars
• You are a business within Kelowna city limits

Returns: All sales are final. However, should you receive a damaged product we must be notified within (3) business days of receipt. After Abasi Designs has been notified and received the damaged product, we will ship a new one to you. If you think item was damage by delivery service please let us know and keep the packaging until the claim has been placed.

Backorders: Most orders will be sent complete, if an item has been placed on backorder, the buyer shall be notified by email.

Final Sale: All sales of goods shall be final and payment in full shall be in accordance with all other terms and conditions and agreements included on this page. No transaction shall be construed to be a consignment of said goods. The person, company, or legal entity submitting order is liable for all cost associated with the initiated and submitted order.
