Photographs::
By submitting the photograph(s), you are certifying that you are the parent or guardian of any minors in the photograph(s) that you are submitting. By submitting the photograph(s), you are certifying that you own the rights to those photograph(s) being submitted. If you are submitting a photograph that a professional photographer had taken, you certify that you have received permission from the photographer to use that photo.

Liability:
Abasi Designs is not responsible for photograph(s) lost in transit to/or from us. Please ensure you have duplicates of you photos before sending them in the mail.

Design Proofs:
All orders will receive a proof which must be approved before printing or emailing of digital image. You will have up to 2 proofs for minor changes. The third and consecutive proofs are $5.00 each. Should you decide to completely change the design after the proof has been created, there is a $10.00 fee. Once the approval is received, the image is forwarded for printing or in the case of a digital file purchase, the electronic file is emailed to the client. Please ensure that you review the proof carefully and that you are satisfied with it before sending approval. If there was a mistake that was our fault, we will reprint your order at no cost otherwise the reprinting fee is 50% of the original order. When emailing the proof to you, our goal is to provide an accurate representation of the electronic image. However, due to different monitor settings and internet browsers, the printed product may vary from the digital proof.

Invitations:
It is recommended that for invitation photo cards, orders should be placed five to six weeks before the RSVP date. Orders placed four week or less from the RSVP date, cannot be guarantteed for sufficient response time or other unforseen circumstances. By placing an order with less than the five weeks you are accepting that you accept and acknowledge this.

Creative Rights:
Abasi Designs reserves all rights for all designs. These designs may modified for future use.

Payment due:
Payment is due at the time of order. We currently accept cash, cheques and money orders. Should you send a personal cheque, the order will not be sent to the client until the cheque has cleared. There will be a $25.00 charge for any NSF cheques.

Cancellation policy:
If the proof has not yet been created, you will receive a full refund. If the design proof has been made, but the cards have not yet been printed, there is a $10.00 fee for design set up - services rendered. In this case you will receive a full refund less the $10.00 for services rendered. Once the cards are printed, we are unable to provide any refund as they are custom items that cannot be used again.

Taxes:
PST of 7% applies to residents of British Columbia. Should you be visiting British Columbia at the time of purchase, your order will include the sales tax.

Promotional Use:
Unless otherwise notified, Abasi Designs reserves the right to use the client's design for promotional use on the web site and other means that would best suit the further promotion of Abasi Designs. Address information, email address and phone numbers will be changed to protect your privacy. Should you not want your design used for promotional purposes, please send us an email (photography followed by @abasidesigns.com).

Shipping:
Photo card orders are shipped through Canada Post and are insured. Abasi Designs is not liable for late or misplaced packages in the care of Canada Post. Upon notification of a late parcel,
we will make every effort to work with Canada Post to get your package delivered to you. If your package is declared lost by Canada Post, we will forward you a replacement order. Upon receipt of your order, it is imperative that you ensure that the package is in perfect condition before signing acceptance of the package.
