- Are envelopes included?
If you order the photo card prints, evelopes are
included in the price.
- What type of paper do you use for the photo cards?
The photo cards are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive
Paper. If this paper is not available, another high quality paper is
used.
- What size should my photos be?
When emailing your photos, they should be 300
dpi and no smaller than 4x6 inches. The file can be sent either as a
.jpg or .pdf.
- I don't like the wording on the card, can it be changed?
Yes. Please keep in mind that there are a limited
number of lines and characters that will fit on each card. If there
are any issues with wording length, we will contact you.
- Will I receive a proof of my design?
Yes, all orders will receive a proof which will
need to be approved before printing or emailing of digital image. There
will be up to 2 proofs for minor changes. The third and consecutive
proofs are $5.00 each. Should you decide to completely change the design
after the proof has been created, there is a $10.00 fee.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
It is usually 1-2 business days to create the
proof. Once proof is approved, it is another 2-3 business days for printing
and then the cards are shipped. Note that orders submitted late in the
week or on a long weekend may incur a longer turnaround time.
- When is the deadline for Christmas orders?
For Christmas print orders, the deadline for submission
is December 10th. If you are ordering a digital only file, we accept
orders up to December 20th.
- Can I make changes after I approve the proof?
Once the approval is received, the image is forwarded
for printing. Please ensure that you review the proof carefully and
that you are satisfied with it before sending approval.
- When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of order. We currently
accept cash, cheques and money orders. Should you send a personal cheque,
the order will not be sent until the cheque has cleared. There will
be a $25.00 charge for any NSF cheques.
- I've received my order and I missed a mistake. What can I do?
If the mistake was our fault, we will reprint
your order at no cost otherwise the reprinting fee is 50% of the
original order.
- Will my printed card match what I see on my monitor?
Our goal is to provide an accurate representation of the electronic
image. However, due to different monitor settings and internet browsers,
the printed product may vary from the digital proof.
- Are taxes applicable?
PST of 7% applies to residents of British Columbia.
- Can I cancel my order?
If the proof has not yet been created, you will
receive a full refund. If the design proof has been made, but the cards
have not yet been printed, you will receive a refund except for a $10.00
design set up fee that will be retained for services rendered. Unfortunately,
we are unable to provide any refund once the cards are printed as they
are custom items that cannot be used again.
